Tim, After all the problems given you, I could not resist posting this simply as an attempt at humor<G> It is a real story just a different Tim Luke: RESEARCH ALERT-Tadiran Tel EPS revised Reuters Story - September 21, 1997 06:46 %IL %EMRG %MEAST %TEL %RCH %US TTELF BEZQ.TA TAD TAD.TA V%REUTER P%RTR JERUSALEM, Sept 21 (Reuter) - Lehman Brothers said in a report released on Sunday that it had revised estimates of third- and fourth-quarter earnings for Israel's Tadiran Telecom Ltd. Analyst Tim Luke said he had lowered projected third-quarter earnings per share (EPS) to $0.33 from an earlier $0.39 estimate and raised the fourth-quarter figure to $0.59 from $0.53. His full-year estimate was unchanged at $1.42. Luke cited managerial changes at Tadiran Tel's biggest customer, Bezeq Israel Telecom , for the revisions. "We believe the ongoing reorganisation of Bezeq under new management has resulted in orders moving from summer quarter to year end," Luke said. Lehman said Tadiran Tel's export businesses in transport and wireless local loop were seeing "solid growth trends" and would meet its 1997 estimates. It said it was holding to its "2 outperform" ratings, saying the current share price reflected near-term uncertainties regarding Bezeq sales.
