they will take .08/share in the 3rd Q to settle the suit "No material impact on future financial results of operations" These $ will allow them to settle out of court other claims as well. This from a wire service. I would not short HD right now for anything...Nothing but wide open countries just waiting for growth!!! Esp Canada. I look to see HD hit mid 70's by years end and keep growing. The numbers speak for themselves. Val
