CMG - it will increase the number of shares in the float dramatically, and it indicates MCD does not see CMG as a good long-term investment from here. I would expect a long-term negative impact on CMG stock. It is already breaking down from its peaks in the high 50's.

I shorted too soon but I don't think I shorted the wrong stock.
