Every crook wants to blame others. The hedge funds are blaming the brokers. The brokers will say the hedge funds pressured them. The NSScammers will say it's crooked management. MM's will say,"we're just providing a service, not lining our pockets."

There's enough scamming to go around. The whole system needs revision and the "S" (for sucker) target on retail investors needs to be removed, perhaps by the "S"EC, perhaps by Congress.
