Hi, All

Read 10-Q. Have following observations:

1) Gross profit of Fairhaven operation is negative -80K (revenue - operating expenses - depreciation). S G & A has been decreased by 100K.

2) Moretown project goes well and anticipates commencing operations by the end of September, 1996 with a daily capacity of 200-300 tons per day. (0.5 - 1M per QTR ?)

3) Anticipated $500,000 - 1M consulting fees during Q3, 1996 from ScotSafe on two medical waste treatment facilities.

4) Mentioned other two projects: South Hardley, MA and Bucklands, MA. The contract with South Hardley has been signed and Proposal with Bucklands has been approved by the Town and a contract has been negotiated.

5) did n't mention Rushville, PA project *** Anybody has input on this one ?

6) Initial capital cost per peoject including feasibility studies, contracting, permitting and initial development ranges from $500,000 to $2,000,000 M.
