To all,

Just wanted to let you know what we are dealing with here.

I spoke to the "third-party" evaluator of Sasamat who deems it worth $3.15-$4.00 CAD. I encourage anyone interested in a good laugh to give him a call and ask how he valued the stake as it is quite a funny conversation. He clearly does not understand MFC I's business, real estate, or anything for that matter. In fact, he did not even know that MFC I was publicly quoted on an exchange, let alone valued at over 120 million Euro.

Our conversation lasted about 30 minutes. He disclosed that he valued the business the same way he did in 2002......below book even though the situation is 100x different today with MFC I. I explained things I know about German accounting and he was of course clueless.

I could go on but it will only make you laugh more. I did end the conversation by asking how he could possibly be 100% off on his evaluation......but I got no response.

Call if you would like. His contact information is at the end of the circular. I think we should all petition to have him turn back in his CFA:)

P.S. - does anyone else find it quite contradictory that Mr. Smith uses the 1st page of the 20-F filing to explain how undervalued KHDH is compared to its peers.......then goes on trying to buy the remaining part of MFC I at something like .25 (if you also believe MFC I is undervalued) on the dollar via SSALF?????
