What question? It was a series of rants and illogical statements.

The only question you put forth was "What are you going to do if Iran pulls out of the NPT?"..

That's for the UNSC to decide. But there's nothing that prevents the US and other nations from taking actions that punish such a withdrawal..

But what does it matter if it's apparent that Iran is ALREADY violating its obligations under the NPT??

Doesn't that effectively mean that announcing their withdrawal from the NPT is only a public acknowledgement of their past and current policies?? That they've been violating the NPT for the past 18 years and finally got caught.

No.. don't worry about what Bush, or the next administration, might do...

I would worry more about what the Israelis might do... Especially if the UNSC fails to take action...

Because to the average Israeli, an international failure to act against such aggressive language by Iran's President, might just be construed as complicity to permit Iran to achieve a position where they can actually threaten Israel with nuclear weapons.

IOW, selling them down the river in order to avoid regional conflict....

And Israel could easily take steps that drag all of us into this morass.

It's the same kind of threat I would make, were I an Israeli political/military strategist. Better to force the issue now, rather than being forced to deal with a fait accompli later on..
