You don't seem to understand. The problem is, should there come a point, where any large shareholder of the preffered says he wants out and take his money it is inevitible that the stock takes a beating, since there are no buyers for large quantities. Furthermore as long as the threat of new shares loom and in all probility will happen why should anyone buy these shares when the new ones will be available at HALF PRICE. Next item is the BURN RATE. 8 million dollars per year losses cannot be sustained forever. You keep asking me for my rank and serial number as if I was your prisionor of war. Can you explain the stupidity to your question. These boards were designed on an annonimous basis. Suppose I am an insider suppose I am a MM suppose I am a broker why would I want to go public with my name. This would hamper the purpose of these boards where people can post without worrying of any sanctions. How do I know if your name is real. If I give you my full name would you wany my address? You seem to be looking for lame arguements why?
