Rink - Between the eetimes.de and mycom articles, you have the answer to a couple of those:

First, from eetimes.de - 65nm product will not be K8L, but dual-core A64.

Then, from mycom - SiGe will make it to the last generation transistor of 90nm, which pretty much implies this year, since once 65nm starts to kick in, the CTI development continues on 65nm, not 90nm.
