Paul, re: Then, from mycom - SiGe will make it to the last generation transistor of 90nm, which pretty much implies this year, since once 65nm starts to kick in, the CTI development continues on 65nm, not 90nm.

Well, fab 30 might well produce 90nm K8's at least until end 2007.
