Louis,

You hit the nail on the head. My exact sentiments. I will comment again later today about your enlightened post but first I have a question.

What is the difference between the number of shares outstanding and the float. Earnings is derived by dividing the net income into the number of shares outstanding. ex. Vivus has 35,579,000 shares outstanding and net income is 9,958,000. = .28per share.

So what does this float of 22 million represent?
