What are you proposing? Sending flowers and a congratulations card the moment they decide to withdraw from the NPT?? I even gave you a pretty good hint and you still didn't figure it out. Don't you even want to throw a dart and guess? I'm perfectly willing to hear any alternative solutions/actions you have in mind. Any time I've seen you make that statement [to anyone], what usually follows is that you only listen if you heard Bush say it was a good idea. Maybe WE should withdraw from the NPT and start selling nukes to every country in the region!! That certainly is an option and it would help balance the trade deficit. jttmab
