A trillion dollar ripoff of US consumers and taxpayers is underway and you are joking about it? Why?

BTW, the GOP came up with an answer today. Give every American consumer $100 to pay for gas. Problem is, it's our money they're giving back to us, then borrowing more from the Chinese to pay for it. But Big Oil gets to keep their gouged windfall profits. Nothing is asked from them.
