Gillespie definitely should be in prison. Whether there's a law against using corporate and GOP money to put out 7 million in misleading ads to cover-up a grand energy gouging scheme or not he still deserves prison, for life in fact. Gillespie, Enron and Bush-Cheney cost the country dearly that year, and near bankrupted the State of California. Gillespie is responsible because he knowingly lied to support a criminal enterprise. A huge one. Bigger than 10,000 bankrobberies. Why support the energy gougers and their political pals? What's wrong with you?
