Binding arbitration hearing to begin on May 4, 2006.
A customer claims that a subsidiary of Rutter (REA), owes them US $9,400,000 and the company's counter-claim is US $7,109,000

If REA looses and has to pay $9 million, it's game over! expect Rutter to head back to bankruptcy prices.
If REA wins and gets $7 million this stock should pop.

Do you want to keep your shares going into this court case or not. Kind of like Deal or no Deal!
