For 25 years ... the insiders have had the track ... Regardless of the Exchange ... regardless of the stock ... The words gets out to a few "friends" ... volume soars ... price starts accelerating ... Then ... POW!! And a major "stock price moving" announcement comes out ... it's no coincidence! The SEC always says they're going to do something about it ... I suppose Canada has their watchdogs too. I've worked hard to hone my information gathering capabilities ... but will never be able to compete with "pillow talk". Fortunately .. I have a nice position in BGO ... have had it for several months ... so I'm not complaining on my ROI for BGO ... rather just a commment on your remark that "insiders" had the score before the rest of us.
