I know management is into grubbing, but how about something for those who don't quite understand the thrill of it all? I'd be interested in seeing some contests that actually reward CONTENT rather than arbitrary strings of numbers, or guesses in regard to same. For example, TMF rewards people who write "Posts of the Day" with extended subscriptions. Makes sense to me.
