No, I'd diagnose it as "benign insanity"... After all, it amounts to a mere 16.67 fatalities/year WORLDWIDE. Compare that to the US death toll of 30,000/year --and that's only for firearm victims.... Add to that victims who were knocked to death, stabbed to death, driven over,...
