I just sent a letter to the Silver Users Association "Dear Silver Users Assoc; Can you please tell me where I can purchase about 200,000 ounces of silver bullion bars and where you suggest I store them? I am not really interested in the ETF although I admit that it gave me the courage to decide to take a large order for delivery. I hear silver is in short supply and would like to have it in my possession. Please advise. Thanks ralph"
