A Correction ...

In a prior post I stated ...

That note above is (I believe) reflected in the Consolidated Balance Sheets on page 141 (F-3) and the line item of €266 million "capital and reserves attributable to equity holders of the parent" under Shareholders' Equity And Liabilities.

I furnished the wrong line item as a colleague on TMF pointed out ...

The line 'provisions' (under current liabilities) with a value of €2479 million and the footnote number 30. That is explained on page 188 (F-50) and it includes €396 million for 'IPR infringements', so presumably considering the sentence "The USD$253 million payment required under the settlement is in line with Nokia's earlier provisions" in the press release an estimated InterDigital payment of roughly correct size was included in the IPR provisions.

Way back when mschere found that one when scanning Nokia's 20-F when 1st filed and before I scanned it. I piked out the wrong line this morning on a fast rescan of the balaance sheet.
