HAS - at least 4 or 5 points of downside...and that's just due to the fading Star Wars toys, and the long wait for the new marvel stuff. Let's factor in the sensitivity to even a small bump up in the price of Styrene and plastics (derived from petroleum), increased shipping/manufacturing costs in China, an aging population, and the fact that mom and dad will probably be trimming the toy budget in the next few years...and you have a recipe for single digits. Should also note: MAT ain't no bargain either.
