You see, no man can tell me that I am not the Elect of God.

I don't doubt that you have been called, James. But many are called and few are chosen. To call yourself one of the elect means to call yourself one of the chosen. How do you specifically know that you have gone from being called to being chosen?

I know I am through the gift of the Holy Spirit and that is all that is important to me.

How is it that you know that you have received the gift of the Holy Spirit? And which gift were you given? Is it possible to forsake the gift after it was once given?
