I purchased my first shares of WSTE in August, 1995, at
a price which I am embarrassed to divulge...(check out a
chart). I considered it to be a solid (no pun intended)
acquisition candidate in an industry which, at the time,
was rife with consolidations.

As share price has fallen, I've accumulated more. Last
week's increase, accompanied with significantly higher
volume, has begun to stir some long dormant hopes. The
company seems fundamentally sound, doesn't it? But I
don't see anything in the current numbers which would
lead me to believe that a return to my original purchase
price is imminent. I wish someone would convince me
otherwise! Then again, an acquisition is always a possibility.
