I'm still wondering what the explanation is for this unprecedented volume? I think that is the key to understanding what comes next. Either someone is getting out in a big way or someone is getting in or the MM's are playing around. But this volume looks too big to just be the MM's IMO.
The other key issue is when Thermo will have a positive quarter earningswise. Can we write off 1997 already? I don't think Thermo can climb above 2 without a positive quarter or some very big news. The days of the momentum players jerking this thing up to 3 may be over for the forseeable future, though I've been wrong before.

Looks like the trading range is 1.2-1.6. I'm happy with that as long as support holds at 1. If Thermo goes under 1 I see it crashing to 50 cents. I have a small position below 1.50 but I'm not going to add to it until some of these issues become clearer. Seems like everyone else on this thread is equally in the dark. The huge trading volume is a big question mark and I would advise caution.
