I don't know what to say about this since I'm in constant pain. I could give you a medical history but it wouldn't matter as I've never had a pain pill that worked for me. They will take the pain away but put me in La-la land. Serious. Tylenol 3 will put me in orbit. So I can't take any pain meds even though I spend my life in pain I can see how a good pain med would have me taking them by the handful though. Edit: Aspirin, I take about 12 a day. They work to take the edge off and fortunately I don't have any problems with them.
