Jim, Amnesty doesn't stop anything.

Not by itself, but with a renewed focus on border patrol and kicking out illegals after the amnesty, it could work in an ideal case. Of course, the ideal case would have been to enforce the immigration laws in the first place.

Meanwhile, "the bot" is stuck defending Ted Kennedy, trying to make up for his weak position with more ABB.
