<why these Directors chose him. I can only think of three possibilities.> There are other possibilities: (4)Tachovsky's other company could have failed, run out of money, and he could be desperate. He could be willing to accept any conditions of the board without making waves. (5)Tachovsky could be just as unprincipled as Rhodes. Sorry to be so cynical, but it doesn't sound like this board has any intention of giving up its power. David
