The question Harold S. raises is NOT a stupid question. I've been wondering the same thing myself. I really like the prospects of this company and its parent (Greenshift), and I think their technologies are the real deal. But, regardless of the technology, shareholder value always hinges on the skill and integrity of management. I haven't been able to find much background on Kevin Kriesler and I've not yet found what consideration was given by him in exchange for 70% ownership in Greenshift. My impression is that he is a bright young man and that he has assembled a good team. Authorizing more common stock gives some financing flexibility to the company and may ultimately enhance value for all shareholders. But, I'm also concerned about dilution. With such a concentration of ownership and control in a single person's hands, we are essentially betting on the skill and integrity of Mr. Kriesler.
