No Child Left Behind is a fraud. The article stated clearly the 2 million lowest kids were not counted. What are you, blind? This is the same kind of fraud Bush used with NCLB when he was in Texas starting to run for president. The Rand Corporation studied it and found the results Bush was using were fraudulent, and that also teachers were wasting far too much time teaching to the test instead of teaching what they should be teaching. Bush is no education president. He's a fraud. He gives a damn about Exxon, the Saudis and Halliburton and not much else. Your continued support of him proves you are either blindlyu loyal or dishonest yourself. Take your pick. Which is it?
