Exxon Quarterly Profit 5th Highest Ever

As much as I would like to blame them, XOM's profit margin is not out of the ordinary. Its 10%. That the same as GE's. MSFT's is a whopping 30% and INTC's is 20%. And most refiners are not making as much as XOM.....XOM is the best of breed. The only thing for which they might be blamed is not making enough gas for the summer but then they are saying that the new ethanol mix was hard to get.

This crunch was inevitable........it just came at a bad time for us.
