How could Bush have lost in 2004? Perhaps if the Howard Dean campaign didn't implode after Iowa, Bush could have had a tougher time winning.

Oh come on........Dean's implosion had nothing to do with Bush winning. Its the dirty campaign that the GOP runs these days that did the trick. Hell, a GOP almost won the WA state governship thanks to Rove. Kerry was not equipped to run a campaign as dirty. It used to be the political campaigns for national office were cleaner than local races. No longer.
