Saying that just doesn't make it so. Saddam encouraged through payments, Muslim suicide bombers. Since this is indisputable, and since we know he did anything but decry Al Qaeda's action on 911 and countless other dates, your perception that "Saddam-Al Qaeda evidence" isn't credible would require a lot to accept. Yes, a lot of evidence which you don't have. Instead, the circumstantial and in fact direct evidence that Saddams Iraq supported Al Qaeda (for instance by paying and harboring the '93 WTC bomb maker - something which is well established - is so pervasive and strong both before and after 911, as to make your words quoted above purely laughable.
