yea but SEC doing NOTHING about microcap BLATANT insider trading... i've lost count of the microcap price/volume spikes right before merger or glowing earnings hits. Just look at this diddy from Nov 05 ZVXI... avg volume was almost -0- then day before earnings volume spikes to 100k and someone made a bundle. ZVXI hadn't had 100k in daily volume in OVER A YEAR prior to that day! In fact that 100k share day was the 2nd highest volume day in the stock in the prior 5 YEARS! yet SEC lays there with their legs in the air. very pungent stench and nothing being done
