Harold,

VRDM has increased the "Authorized" shares should they need to offer additional shares in the future for financing. This does NOT increase the O/S, it simply means that the possibility is there for up to 500m one day. There are, for instance, 10m warrants to Cornel at 50 cents. VRDM must authorize enough shares to account for warrant that could be exercised one day.
