Just an example... I wasn't trying to detail the entire 8k hence the phrase " for instance ". All total, Cornell can exercise up to 75m, 25m at 50 cents. As far as I can tell, there is about 285m O/S now, if Cornell exercises all that would be 360m, well below the new A/O. It will be good news for the longs when Cornell exercises that last 25m... One would thing the PPS would be 3 to 4 x current level. :o) Aubie...
