Cheney-Bush greatly support energy gouging and have ever since the beginning. Of course they'd never admit it, but energy gouging and endless wars in the Middle East are a Texas oilman's dream come true, and Bush-Cheney are both Texas oilmen with much to personally gain from $4 gasoline. Cheney also profits from war through Halliburton so he is doubly happy with the quagmire he got us into over there. The longer it lasts the more $$$ of ours Halliburton can gouge.
