I can confirm that the President has intended to sell
40,000 shares. Whether he did or not, we don't know yet.
40,000 is less than 1% of 4.72M shares outstanding, very
small. I don't know how many he owns in total.
40,000 is also small compared to the 30 day average
volume of 89,000.
If these shares are causing a drag on the stock price,
once the lifted, there will be plenty of upside potential.
With a pe of 16.7, this company is still vastly undervalued
even if the next earnings report shows earnings remaining the
same!
