Gorbachev broke up the Soviet Union. The idiots in the present day Bush administration think that Reagan's threats and increased defense spending had something to do with it, so they've tried the same thing with N.Korea and Iran.

They're discovering that Reagan had NOTHING to do with the end of communism and it was just the luck of the draw that a thinking fellow like Gorbachev came into power.

The IRONIC thing is that if Gorbachev could go back and do things over again he'd probably take a HARD line and reverse things.
