Not necessarily, Every once in a while he comes around and cleans up the boards a bit. I'm as guilty as anyone but it is a MOST difficult thing to avoid injecting politics into a gold thread. I get into trouble a lot because I read Jim Sinclair who is Mr Gold in a lot of people opinions and if anyone, including Dave, reads his commentary they will see that the two are inseparable and that his thread is full of political reasons why metals are climbing. We are getting into uncharted territory in the world and everyone is edgy.

Here's the problem as I see it. There is the political side of SI where pretty much anything goes and then the investment side. If there were a thread where gold and commodities can be discussed as investments AND the politics behind the gold price movement in a similar vein to Sinclairs site then this might solve this once and for all. Many don't want to go over to the political boards and even though I used to go there daily I hardly ever go anymore.

I just got banned from the Uranium board, which is not very well attended anyways, because I got VERY upset at the Rense story on depleted uranium causing horrible deformities when used as weaponry but it was deemed political in nature, so that was it.

I have known Dave for a few years and he is definitely NOT unintelligent. BUT there are a few very partisan trolls running around the boards gunning for people they don't like and they report people to try to get them in trouble. We all know this, but that said, the story, with graphic photos which I linked to was difficult to view and probably not appropriate to the discussion of uranium as an investment, so I'll do something I rarely ever do...apologise to Dave for posting offensive material.

SI Dave.....I apologise. You have a great service. It gets better all the time.
