Interesting comments. NDB is of course only a small part of Sherwood's business. I still think they will be acquired because many smaller firms have been. Perhaps potential acquirer's are waiting for Sherwood to clean up their technical glitches. Perhaps there was a particular buyer and these problems showed up during due diligence. It would be interesting to ask the company about this. They have an annual meeting coming up Oct 21 in Jersey City N.J. just outside of NYC. Perhaps I will attend.
