Hal, I've been in IDX for a while and have been around for many of its ups and downs. The Sylvian deal will end up being okay maybe excellent. The INS deal though is a breakthrough. IDX is still a relative unknown and underfollowed company on the street. I based my statement(on friday) on the strong belief that over the next month, the few analysts that cover IDX will be bumping up their forecasts. I also expect IDX to receive coverage from new analysts. I have always been one to try and be on the mountaintop and watch other's climb. Friday presented that kind of opportunity and I know some people on SI took the opportunity Friday as we were sending email off line. Monday may present it as well or even the next few months, then again maybe not. Lastly, based on the new information that we have: if you want to place a value on IDX based on trailing earnings (when it is relatively close to its 12 month low) then realize their is risk inherent in doing that as well. The risk of not being on the mountain top ahead of time. It's all a matter of ones timing. Regards, Brian
