We're still working through some of the cheap paper from the original investments by RAB Special Situations Funds and Endeavour Mining Capital (EDV's stake is now controlled by Frank Holmes' U.S. Global Resource Investors ... Frank Holmes is also chairman of Endeavour Mining Capital ... as can be found on Century's SEDAR Files). RAB did a couple financings at $0.35 with warrants attached at $0.40 and $0.45, and Endeavour had a couple of debenture debts entirely converted into CMM shares at $0.44 and $0.51 a couple months ago. EDV also received 5 million warrants on the second convertible debenture deal. There has been about 70 million shares trade hands on Century Mining so far in 2006, so it appears that the market has been able to absorb this paper quite nicely,.... it's the remaining shares now coming out on a daily basis that are currently capping the share price,.... hopefully this will cease being a problem soon ?

As I said over on Stockhouse awhile ago,.... If these parties wish to sell at these prices, so be it, they've made good gains and were the first parties to risk their capital on Century Mining. We wouldn't be here without their initial investments, but the sooner they have sold off the rest of what they want, the sooner the supply dries up ?!?!?
