I don't know about epa vs ca? I think the oil industry hardly need any regulations right now that interfere with ethanol vs mtbe. I'm glad that Bush isn't going to let the bad call stay on the field, that's all. I havent' seen a case of good judgement in so long, it's just refreshing to see someone make a good reversal.
