Joe: I think you should ignore RS stops in this market. The leaders are smoking the laggard picks produced by pure PB screening, and when that happens, RS will fluctuate wildly on the PB plays. Almost any PB pick in this market is going to be a laggard, and the leaders (say CPQ and DELL) are continually putting pressure on the RS measurement in IBD. That will happen even though price fluctuation will be insufficient to stop you out on your 10% stop order. I'd stick with price stop until we move through a significant correction or bear market.

My thoughts. BTW, BOOL is now in range for a safe PB rule breaking buy with an incredibly low risk stop placement.
