Yeah.. was watching the bid most of the day.. It's kind of to be expected. The stock still doesn't have sufficient coverage to take control of the trading from the institutions.

But they are definitely accumulating and trying to get the best price possible.

I think they were trying to drive it down to 1.67/share this morning just before the PR came out, because there was a fair size bid in place at that price.

And then the news "came out" (It took 5 minutes for it to show up on my real-time news feed) and it popped hard. So I was left trolling around trying to figure out what the deal was.. Kinda ticked me off.. ;0)

But essentially, what they did was pop up and then bring us right back down just above the 200 DMA. But if you notice, the 20 DMA is commencing it's crossover of the 200 DMA, something I've been waiting quite awhile to see. And the 50 DMA isn't lagging far behind:

And we can see the level of accumulation that has occurred over the past two weeks:

As for valuation, that's something the market will have to decide. I personally believe that there is likely some news out there that has yet to formulate sufficiently to be releasable. I say this based upon previous PRs and other licensees of MCEL's technology. We know that Gecko has attracted the interest of Intel with its Laptop Fuelcells, and MCEL took a 23% stake in Gecko:

That particular market, with the ability to power Laptops, and with MCEL's ability to have it's particular hydrogen fuel sources authorized to carry on aircraft, and I see some real potential here.

On top of all that, we should be seeing something soon about DOW Chemical's additional investment in MCEL, according to previous milestone agreements.

So you tell me what something like this is worth? Companies like Medis are ALREADY trading at higher multiples to MCEL:

They are not exactly a fantastic revenue generator either, but their market cap is almost a Billion dollars:
