TO ALL: Well....so much for my first-hand account of the hearing.

I posted that I would attend the Monday 10 am criminal hearing at the Santa Clara municipal court. Unfortunately, unforseen circumstances may make this unlikely. I have to fly from SFO to San Diego at 6 pm, and I may not return early enough on Monday morning to make it. In fact, I may need to spend all of Monday in San Diego as well.

I apologize in advance. If I do get back in time, I will post a full report.
