The protesters are by no means all undocumented or illegal. The fact is, each Hispanic family (and many other ethnic groups too) know someone or have a relative who might not be here legally and would be subject to felony arrest under the rightwing plan. Therefore, this is pushback, showing the rightwing that if they're going to scapegoat Hispanics this election season (ie avoid real issues by creating a racist wedge issue), they're going to lose. Keep partisan politics of it........illegal immigration is a problem for all of us and if the Dems fall on the side of illegal Latinos, they will be the one to lose. I am not the only liberal who is tired of illegal immigration.
