Nice try, but I saw through your trick... You cunningly mix up "crime" with "homicide", "murder", etc. As far as homicides are concerned, especially those involving firearms, don't worry: the US enjoys a comfortable lead:

As for "...Muslims become more angry in France...", remember that the death toll for last year's suburb riots (Nov/Dec 2005) was (almost) ZERO! French ghetto youths wreaked havoc and burned over 10,000 cars yet the only fatality was a man who died from a heart attack while in a brawl with angry youths...
