Ladies and Gentlemen, My name is Michael Geliebter and I to am a Sasamat shareholder. For those interested, I'm working to get this absurd offer amended. I've retained a Canadian securities attorney to help me navigate what are "uncharted waters" for me. I'm currently in the process of trying to reach out to as many shareholders as I can with the goal of aggregating enough votes to represent the simple majority (or at least close to the simple majority)so management is forced to negotiate. After speaking with several shareholders, and with the help of apete0911, I now count a total of 420,000 shares held by various shareholders, including the 65000 shares I own, interested in having this offer amended. If any other shareholders are interested in furthering this cause, please contact me at mike@mhginvestments.com, as we still need another 1.4mm shares to reach the simple majority. Regards, Mike
