Exactly. I do see doom and gloom in the frothiest of bubble markets where the local economies are tied to home construction. However even there costs of living will continue higher. We need a huge back up in interest rates and collapse in our financial institutions like the S&L fiasco to result in the wholesale massacre Mish expects..
